What should I do when an item is missing
from my order?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please
check your account or via email to see if any of your items will be arriving
separately. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service with the
order number as well as the missing item' s name and number. We will check and
resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
Can I make a return to you for my
purchased items?
Please read and follow the instructions below before
returning any item to us. Make sure that you understand our return policies and
that you surely meet all the criteria. Items cannot be returned or exchanged
except for quality issues or delay-shipment.
Quality Issues:
The unconditionally returns from our customers are
acceptable within 7 days after you get the package. Please send the photographs
clearly showing the problem with the item. Once it is confirmed, you can send
the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you
returned, we will send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the
payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
Delay-Shipment:
The return and refund are acceptable unconditionally if
we confirmed that you did get a wrong item. Please send the photographs clearly
showing the wrong item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us.
And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we' ll send
the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the
original shipping cost is excluded).
Please note:
1. All returned and exchanged items must be returned
within 7 calendar days.
2. Returns and exchanges will only occur for Quality
Issues & Mis-Shipment (eligible products).
Besides, if your item has been worn, damaged, or its tag
has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or
exchange; if an item we receive from you is in bad condition or its tag is
removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange.
Of course we can send your damaged item back to you on the condition that
you're go to pay for the shipping costs.
Who is going to bear the returned
shipping cost?
We will only be responsible for the defective items,
delay-shipment return shipping costs and the reshipment cost of replacement.
And we will only be responsible for the defective items returned via Regular
Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Freight collect is unacceptable.
